Each Red Forgeworks product is hand-forged and crafted from start to finish by blacksmith Reed Moore. A tremendous amount of detail and workmanship is put into every knife, and the process takes a significant amount of time. Knife styles we are currently producing are shown on our "shop" page. 


How to order:

If you would like to join the Red Forgeworks waiting list for a handmade knife, we are happy to add you on.  

Please contact us for an estimated delivery date on orders. If at any time you are concerned or have any questions feel free to contact us - we are happy to keep you updated.

Gift Certificates:

Because we are operating on a waiting list at this time, if you have a Red Forgeworks Gift Certificate it secures you a spot on our waiting list immediately. When you contact us with what you'd like to order, we will put your gift certificate towards the item(s) and let you know the expected completion date for your knife. Feel free to contact us at: redforgeworks@gmail.com.


Shipping:

All items ship with tracking, delivery confirmation, and appropriate insurance through the United States Postal Service. Items are packaged carefully and ship from South Carolina, USA. If you would prefer a different carrier, please make a note when you purchase. Additional fees may apply with other carriers. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

We ship worldwide. Shipping prices vary based on item and location; please contact us if you are curious about shipping rates for a specific item.

If you'd like to change the destination of your product please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you.

Returns:

Due to the nature of made-to-order and custom work, we cannot accept returns. If you are unhappy or having any issue with your product, please let us know, and we'll do our best to make sure you are satisfied. Please be aware that we can't be held responsible for normal wear, though we are confident that with good care, your product will be used for generations to come.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges.

When will my product be shipped?

When it is time for your order to be made we will let you know. Each one takes several days to take from raw, unformed steel stock to a finished product.

Can I send my purchase as a gift?

Absolutely. Let us know where, and to whom you'd like us to send the gift, and we will be glad to send a hand-written note with the purchase. 

Do your products have a guarantee?
Every Red Forgeworks product carries a lifetime warranty against materials and workmanship. All of our products are highly engineered for their application, and made with a tremendous amount of care and attention to detail. If you have any issue with your product beyond standard wear, please don't hesitate to contact us. All orders are final once placed.
